Effective date: September 20, 2026. This website is operated by Kayanu, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Kayanu,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern your access to this website and submission of enquiries.

Consultations and engagements

Website descriptions and starting prices are invitations to enquire, not binding offers. A design engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, timing and expenses.

Deposits and payments

A $500 USD reservation deposit may be requested for a redesign consultation. Unless a written proposal states otherwise, the deposit is credited toward the applicable fee. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be shown before payment and confirmed in the engagement documentation.

Travel and third parties

Site visits, travel and accommodation require prior written approval and may incur separate costs. Fabricators, suppliers, architects, contractors and other specialists remain independent third parties. Their contracts, warranties, delivery schedules and work are subject to separate terms.

Intellectual property

All website content and design materials remain the property of Kayanu, LLC or their respective licensors. Project concepts and documents may not be reproduced or implemented outside the agreed engagement without written permission and full payment.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayanu, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from this website or third-party products and services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
